    Not a good idea.
    Technically it is (probably) possible.
    You would need to make a PHP file that first loads the WordPress guts, and go from there.
    But… yeah, really not a good idea so I’m not going further in to that.

    However, maybe there is another good solution. What type of form do you need outside of WordPress? Maybe I can still help.

    It’s a longer form than your simple name and email. I was just curious because I am trying to incorporate someone’s form into a FaceBook tab and allow users to complete the form on the FB tab rather than being redirected to the client web site.
