WP-Email plugin display problem

I’m using GamerZ’s WP-Email plugin, v. 2.04, and it’s displaying oddly. The plugin works fine, it just looks weird. The sidebar is in the middle of the page, and the footer has been moved above the main content.

Here’s an example. I’m not sure what in the template to modify, or even what file. Any ideas would be most appreciated.
