WP Email Capture- Confirmation Pages visible on site navigation

I installed WP Email Capture and created the confirmation pages as instructed. The problem however, is that the only options I have for visibility is public, private, and password protected. When the page is set as private, people who signed up can’t see the content of the pages and if I set it to public, it shows up on the site navigation. Both of these options are not desirable. What can I do so that customers are directed to the correct pages, but those pages aren’t displayed in public view on the website?

I’m using WordPress theme, Colorway.
