WP-Email – Allow Only Logged In Members

Hi,
I am using WP-Email 2.0.7 pluggin from http://www.lesterchan.net/portfolio/programming.php to allow my users to send the email from my website. However I want only logged in users to be able to send the email. Users who are not logged in are given a link to register and login pages.
Assist me on that.
