I install this Free WP Elegant Themes to my web site :

but the issue is i don't know how to make use the Featured Entries, and other related CMS, as the buttons to adjust and control the appearance were not displayed.
Could anyone please help, how to use or is there any standard plug ins that can manage the whole functionality and features in this Theme?
Please Help.
