WP Ecommerce products pages showing blank images (8 posts)

Okay Im having a small problem that is driving me insane here, on the individual products pages the image that shows by default is showing as blank, but I can click on a small arrow beside the image and get it to change to the actual product image. The thumbnails on the page that shows all my products is showing up fine.

Does anybody know how to actually get rid of this blank image and make it show the actual image instead?

Just incase the way I tried to explain it does not make sense, here is a link to one of the products so you can see what I mean.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can't see anything on that page you sent (probably because it's a maintenance page or something.)

Oh yes sorry, I didnt think that anyone was able to help so I put maintenance back up. I'll take that page off again now. Thanks for your time.

Can I please get some support on this?

Here is an example of one of the problems that has come from this plugin.

  6. If you've paid for the "premium" support for this plugin (as indicated by your now deleted bumps) why are you not using the plugin author's paid support forum?

You may get a better response there.

I tried, I even used the one and only premium support token that they give you with the purchase and never got anything back.. In fact after nearly 2 weeks Im still waiting for a moderator to approve my support topic on the forum and havent heard anything from the premium support token.

Honestly I think the WP community provides better support than plugin dev's from my past experience, hence why I am here.
