Hi guys
Really in desperate need of some help here. Using the WP Ecommerce plugin i have set up my shop fine. All the thumbnails for the products work. When i upload the actual download file for when customers purchase, it will only upload small files. the products are just jpeg images and i can upload a 343kb resized image with no problem but if i try and upload the full 6mb file the upload process goes through without any errors, wp tells me the product has been edited as per usual but the image is not there. i am totally baffled no error messages at all
Many thanks in advance

Hi Craig & Firebug:
This is a common problem and is usually associated to server settings. Most Host companies restrict upload via browsers to not more than 2 meg. Usually when you try and upload something larger vai your WordPress dashboard ...Page>Insert Media, WordPress will tell you the file is too big.
You can get around this by FTPing the files directly to your WordPress>wp-content>upload directory. The in your newly created PAGE, click on the add/insert Media icon and use "from URL". The url is that actual url address to the file you uploaded to your WordPress>wp-content>upload directory. It will be something like this:
http://www.mysite/wp-content/upload/mypic.jpg
Hope that helps and good luck! :)
