I am using WP-Ecommerce with the PAID premium upgrade GoldCart. A bug was discovered where all of my order details vanished and all orders were now dated January 1, 1970. I am not the only person to have this problem, as it looks like the bug was first reported back in 2009.
I understand software has bugs, at times. What I can not ignore is when customer service blatantly ignores a know problem. They make promises then go silent. It is customer service like this that hurts the open source community - it makes people believe we are all a bunch of basement programmers with not REAL experience.
C'mon Instinct face this issue head-on and say "we do not know the answer" or work on it.
