WP E-Commerce Shortcodes error

Hi.

I am trying to use a shortcode for an individual product (in my case a related product, configured manually) when I use the shortcode [wpsc_products product_id=’379′] nothing happens, I am using this in a products description area at the bottom for ‘related products’ as such, for example; on a shoe’s product page you scroll down and a pick of socks appears, but it’s manually configured and I don’t want to display an entire category.

I got the shortcode from here and have tried pasting it in Visual and Text editor (Text used to be HTML).
