WP e-Commerce possible Virus?

Hi,

I have recently improved security on my sites and started using the Antivirus plugin.

I run two or three e-Commerce sites and the Antivirus plugin picks some of the php files as viruses, yet, when I put the site through sitecheck.sucuri.net, there is no issue.

I just need to confirm if this is a major problem?
