WP e-commerce plugin is not displaying completely

I’m having a difficult time getting my e-commerce pages to display correctly. I’m relatively new to WordPress and I’m thrilled about this plugin, but on the top product image it always says “updating…” And when I click “add to cart” nothing is ever placed in my shopping cart.
