I'm testing out the wp e-commerce lite plugin v. 3.5.1 and I notice that it is not passing all the Billing Address info correctly.
1) It substitutes plus signs (+) for spaces
2) It doesn't pass along info for State, Zip Code, or Home Telephone #.

Went through a little journey for the answer for this, and wound up paying for some support from Instinct, the creators of the plugin...
Apparently the new beta versions don't have this problem, but they also didn't play well with some customizations I made...
...it turns out, though, that you can just replace the /merchants/paypal_multiple.php file with the one from the most recent beta release.
It doesn't fix the problem with Paypal not receiving the phone number, but does fix the more important problem of spaces getting replaced with + signs.
