    Hi there,

I think I can answer your question. Usually sidebars are controlled in your theme.

    Go to Edit Products Page.

On the right hand side look for Page Attributes.

Where it says Template, see if you have a choice other than Default Template, i.e., One Column. If so click it.

If you don't see a Page Attributes box, at the top of your WordPress Dashboard, click on Screen Options and check the Page Attributes box.

It's always possible your theme does not offer alternate page layouts.

    Good luck!

Hmm, I have the same question and though you can change the products page template to the full width template (using newwpthemes wp news theme), it doesn't actually change the layout and the sidebars are still there.

Ah, I see. WP e-Commerce overrides the theme options. I tried what I told you to do, plus removed the shopping cart location from widge and removed all widgets from the sidebar - and it's still there.

I'm sure you can adjust that in the php pages and css, however, my guess is you'll probably have to remove the sidebar from all your shopping cart pages if you follow that route.

Sorry I gave you wrong advice!
