Hello, my problem is that WP doesn't see blogs added after uptade of WP to last version
I see all blogs added before update here
freehairypornblog.com/wp-admin/my-sites.php
And all new blogs are here
freehairypornblog.com/wp-admin/network/sites.php
The problem is definitely with WP, you can see XML response here
http://kaktusancorp.com/temp/response.txt
Flagging this post as NSFW (since your URL sure as hell ain't)
Turn off all your plugins first.
Are the sites being added in the database? If you can actually SEE them at /wp-admin/network/sites.php (which it sounds like you can) then what's 'wrong'? Are they not showing up on the front end or what?

Not that I looked but... yes, that's what it looks like to me. What I assume to be the homepage-- freehairypornblog.com-- is empty of content but if you read response.txt you'll find urls like http://hairyteenporn.freehairypornblog.com/ , which do work.
Yeah, I can't go look ;) Draconian office rules.
Well the xml response file I did go look at, and it's a new one to me.

XML response contains only blogs that were generated before update. ANd this is a problem.
Did you turn off all your plugins, as I suggested?
As I asked before:

Also HOW are you generating that XML response?

All plugins are inactive
SItes added to WP database. There are entries for blogs on subdomains like
VALUES (1,0,'siteurl','http://subdomain.freehairypornblog.com/','yes')
But there are no sites here
http://freehairypornblog.com/xmlrpc.php
or here
http://subdomain.freehairypornblog.com/xmlrpc.php
WP gives only some old blogs and no any frsh blogs
It looks like I ( it's screenshot of blogs found using Blog API URL by another script - Blog Automater )
http://kaktusancorp.com/temp/scan.jpg
And when i add new blogs to WP this XML list stays the same. That's the problem.

I'll take your word at it (seriously, I literally cannot look at your site -- it's blocked by the office firewall).
It looks like I ( it's screenshot of blogs found using Blog API URL by another script - Blog Automater )
This sentence is incomplete.... "It looks like I ...." what?
Going to ANYdomain.com/xmlrpc.php should kick back
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.
It does not, and should not, list sites. It's for remote posting: http://codex.wordpress.org/XML-RPC_Support

This script http://ba.cheapestwebsoftware.com/
Works with WP. There is option there to add WordPress MultiUser Blog.
This means that you fill main blogs username/password and Blog API URL like ( taken from script )
Example: (If your blog is at subdomain)
http://yourblog.yourdomain.com/xmlrpc.php
I had a talk with author of that script ( Blog Automater ) and he checked for me if the problem is with Blog Automater.
Of course he used special script or something to get this response from WP script ( http://freehairypornblog.com/xmlrpc.php ). Here is response http://kaktusancorp.com/temp/response.txt
You can found out that problem is with WP because list of blogs is incomplete and that's the problem because i can't add 400 or more blogs manually each by each.

Issue was solved, thanks everybody for helping me !
Blog Automater is a spamming tool. There is no such thing as auto-generated blogging. Well ... no, there is. It's called Spam Blogging.
Don't do it. You'll lose reputation in your community.
(For the record - I am unable to see ANY of your URLs as they're blocked by my firewall. Even the non-porn ones. This implies that blacklists are already putting you on. Why? Cause of your methods of blogging. Seriously.)
