WP-DB-Backup causes Admin sidebar to disappear

    The database on my site dailyandroidreviews.com crashed last night and I was forced to restore from one of my backup files created by WP-DB-Backup. Restore works perfectly and my site is back online. However, when I restore it causes the admin sidebar to disappear and only show the dashboard option.
    I’ve tried backing up to other versions, removing all of the plugins, and resetting every option to default and nothing will bring the sidebar back.
    I have set up my site completely without restoring and the sidebar is there, but whenever I restore the sidebar disappears.
    Any help on this would be great.
