   Hello..

   I tried using WP-cache and now site is now kaput. :-(

   I've got a downloaded .sql backup file from using the WordPress database backup, but I don't know how to restore it.

   Can anyone guide me on how to restore my data?

   The Codex article, Restoring_Your_Database_From_Backup, should get you headed in the right direction.
