   Hi,

   This might sound crazy but does anyone know of a plugin for WordPress where you can create, manage and search a WordPress hosted database. -or- does anyone know of open source software where I can install such a program on my webserver? I really would like to be able to create and manage a database remotely as I'm trying to document top music singles. Ideally, it would need to work like MS Access or Filemaker.

   Why yes, I do. We launch on Saturday. WordPress FileMaker Sync. You work with your WordPress database via calculations. Head over and sign up for the mailing list and you will be notified when it launches.
