   I've added wp-cycle to my header as the main image, however the 3 images I have uploaded are all being displayed at the same time stacked on top of each other. This leads me to believe the jquery is missing but shouldn't that be included in the plugin?

   I have the same problem. Have tried everything including sending an email to the author with no response.

   Make sure your theme includes <?php wp_footer(); ?> at the bottom. There's an extra bit of script that gets executed there.
