Love the cumulus cloud but, cant get it to work. I downloaded the file, installed it "successfully" and activated it. I unzipped the filed and it is saved to my wp-content/plugins folder. I downloaded firefox 10. The pluggin does not appear under 'Appearance>Widgets' nor does it appear under 'Pluggins>Installed'. Any suggestions?

I can't really see what's going on from the outside, but http://www.roxanneengelphd.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-cumulus/tagcloud.swf is giving me a 404-not found.
If you're 100% sure the file is there, something could be wrong with your .htaccess script, but chances are the files are in the wrong place.
I recommend removing the files and using the 'add new' function in WP to install WP-Cumulus. That should rule out any file location weirdness.
