wp-cron.php is returning a 503 with WP Maintenance Mode on?

BackUpWordPress has detected a problem. wp-cron.php is returning a 503 Service Unavailable…..
I get the above error when WP Maintenance Mode is turned on.
I suppose it blocks something. Am I right?
I wanted to report it in case you want to ad it to the FAQ or it is a bug somewhere.
