WP-Cron-Mail get mail error

    I had the mail cron system working well but about a month ago it just stopped.I was posting by email .
    Though the email account that recieves the mail to be posted is working and the user name and password are in the Options=>Write section of the WordPress admin.

    I now get this return by email .

    Subject: wp-mail error
    Ooops POP3 connect: Error [13] [Permission denied]

    That is from the WP-Cron-Mail plugin.

    Where has my permissions changed to get this and to stop the system from retriving the mail from the assigned account?
    What is denying the permission?? Any ideas?
