   I have successfully upgraded to 3.0, but there is one message I can't figure out. It says "The wp-content/blogs.php file is deprecated. Please remove it and update your server rewrite rules to use wp-includes/ms-files.php instead."

   I'm fairly new to WordPress, so where might I find the server rewrite rules so that I can go change them? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
