Hi! I need help figuring out this problem I have. I received this message after I accidentally deactivated my WP Super Cache Plug-in:

    "Warning! /home/content/66/5620166/html/my-website/wp-content is writeable!

You should change the permissions on /home/content/66/5620166/html/my-website/wp-content and make it more restrictive. Use your ftp client, or the following command to fix things: chmod 755 /home/content/66/5620166/html/my-website/wp-content/

This page explains how to change file permissions."

I am dumbfounded :(.... what do I do?

    You change the permissions.

See http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions or ask your host.

Use ftp client like Filezilla & login to your web directory.

Select wp-content & right click on it.

Select change permission on menu and type 755 instead of 777.
    Update it.
