Selecting an contact recipient from a drop down menu doesn't work.

    WordPress Version: 3.3.1
    Contact Form 7 Version: 3.1.1

When I view the source, it enters the name of the person for the Option Name and the Option Value.

I've tried flip flopping them too, but then it just specifies the email address for the Option Name and Option Value.

    [select recipient "General|general@email.com" "Sales|email@domain.com"]
    or
    [select recipient "general@email.com|General" "email@domain.com|Sales"]

Yes, I have follow that page directly to a "T" so to speak. Selectable pipes do NOT work on WordPress Version 3.3.1 and Contact Form 7 Version 3.1.1.

It is NOT a plugin conflict. There are no other plugins installed.

    I have tried the following...

    From your website:
    [select your-recipient "CEO|ceo@example.com" "Sales|sales@example.com" "Support|support@example.com"]

    and flipping them around:
    [select your-recipient "ceo@example.com|CEO" "sales@example.com|Sales" "support@example.com|Support"]

adding greater than or less than signs:
    [select your-recipient "CEO|CEO <ceo@example.com>" "Sales|Sales <sales@example.com>" "Support|Support <support@example.com>"]

and again, flipping them around, or removing spaces before the less than sign.

    Nothing works. Please help.

When I view the source, it enters the name of the person for the Option Name and the Option Value.

    This shows it's working.

So what did you put into the "To:" field and then what did you see in the recipient field in the actual mail you recieve?

Okay, I stand corrected. Mail works. My fault. Marking topic as solved. Sorry to waste your time. I just figured the value of the option should list the email@domain.com. Thanks.
