wp-config.php error

I auto-installed my blog through my server. It was working fine. I then went into the wp-config.php file and over-wrote the DB password that was there with my own password in my attempt to get the email blog feature to work. Now my blog is not working at all and I don’t recall what the password was that was there before. Any help you can provide is appreciated.
