I bougth new web site, with this theame already installed,

i need help the privious owner did not give me a help file on how to edit the template,

just recived a site, with the template but in basic form , i want to change the layout to how its set up on the site abouve but i have been trying for 2weeks and no luck,

can anyone help me find where i can get a step/by/step guide how to make my site like the original
