   Great plugin, only found this bug:

   When I add images with upper-case it will not work.
   Somehow the plugin looks for the same files, but only in lower-case :(

   Solution: in wp-choose-thumb.php remove all
   strtolower(
   and the closing tag
   )

   Problem solved =)
