   I tried installing the wp-cache plugin [ver 2.1.2] with WordPress 2.5. It doesn't work. The plug-in's config page says gzip is enabled and that I need to turn it off in order to enable wp-cache.

   WordPress 2.5 doesn't do gzipping on its own anymore and there is no setting to disable.

   Am I missing something? is this plugin compatible with 2.5? Is there a better caching option?
