The wp-cache plugin ( http://mnm.uib.es/gallir/posts/2007/01/14/947/ ) is not working in 2.1. Posting a new comment doesn't flush the cache automatically.

Yes, no answer.
Actually, 2.0.22 of that was doing the same for me with 2.0.7 too.
