Does anyone know what this means and what I need to do?

Turn off safe mode, there’s no reason to run it. If your host won’t turn it off then find a better one as 99.99999% of them don’t use it.

Thanks Donncha. That seems to have solved that problem. WordPress is really screwing with me at the moment. It won’t save URL’s in my images. What a pain in the backside!!!
