wp-cache 2.1

I just realeased a new verison of wp-cache tha t solves some problems related to changes in how PHP5 call the output buffer callbacks.

I tested it with WP 1.5, 2.0 and 2.1, on PHP4 and PHP5. Can you try it please? http://mnm.uib.es/gallir/posts/2007/01/31/963/
