wp-bolg-header.php call function error

    Well I just installed a wordpress application into my site, I configured the wp-config.php very well and it does works but when I go to my site it says the following:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /www/quotaless.com/g/a/m/gameport/htdocs/shoutex/wp-blog-header.php on line 18

    Any help would be great!
