WP Blog installed, but how to add "links" into it? | WordPress.org

i am a little bit confused.
i installed the plugin and would like to know where the tool collects the links i want to share on my blog?
Do I have another blog where “links” are stored? Or do i have to type in the links “manually” into the tool directly?

The plugin uses the links that you saved with you built-in link-manager.
