WP blog in subdomain and Google indexing (4 posts)

I have 2 WP blogs: http://mydomain.com/myblog and http://myblog.mydomain.com, with SAME architecture, design and permalink structure. Any post of the first one blog is indexed in Google, but in the second one the posts displayed on the first 2 pages only are indexed. As an example, when I add a new post on http://myblog.mydomain.com, the post which was previously displayed on the second page which now slips on third page disappears in Google index. Is it matter of the subdomain? Does it depend from the server? (the blogs are hosted on different servers).
    Thanks

Of course the blogs Urls (http://mydomain.com/myblog and http://myblog.mydomain.com) are just an example to illustrate the architecture of the mine, I apologize to anyone who is owner of the domains above listed.

Use example.com when making example links. example.com is reserved exclusively for that purpose.

It might be helpful to us if we could see the actual blogs, to try to pinpoint any subtle differences.

Skippy, the real Urls of the blogs I described above are : http://primeitaly.com/italianclubs/ (here any post is indexed ok in Google)
http://pmi.exportfocus.com/ (here the posts disappear as 'slip' on the third page)
