I start off a lot of posts with Bible verses, so I've really been enjoying the automatic linkage. However, I'm using the Thesis theme, and in post teasers on the front page, it seems to strip most of the automatic linkage so that it reads like this:

Not sure if this is a Thesis issue or something with the plugin (or some sort of miscommunication between the two). Otherwise, the plugin is working great. Any help would be appreciated.
