   As a totally newbee I will think out loud instead of trying to explain.

   I want to make a homepage in WordPress with static pages except the frontpage where I want the lastest news to appear.

   WordPress is installed without problems and I do have some experience in Joomla.

   Anyone have a "Howto do for dummies" so I can make a static homepage and later add the news section.

   I have made a template in Artisteer 3 and this is how it is at the moment

   I'm actually having an issue with that tutorial right now not cooperating with my theme. Hope it works for you though! Worked great for me aside from my blog not even showing up now haha!
