    Hi, I don't know if the installation isn't completing or what but this is what I get when I install:
    Installing WP-Links.
    Checking for tables...
    Can't find table 'wp_linkcategories', gonna create it...
    Table 'wp_linkcategories' created OK
    Can't find 'wp_links', gonna create it...
    Table 'wp_links' created OK
    Looking for category 1...
    Gonna insert category 1...
    Inserted category Ok
    All done!
    Categories are up and running...
    Comments are groovy...
    Option Tables created okay.
    Option Data inserted okay.
    Links option data inserted okay.
    That's it. No login info and no blog when I go to the URL.
    What am I missing?
    Please help!
    Thanks so much!

    Oh yes. Okay well the version I am attempting to install is 1.2
    This is the URL:
    http://www.eternallymine.com/heather
    But nothing shows up on the page. It is just blank.

    <style type="text/css" media="screen">
    @import url( http://example.com/wp-layout.css );
    </style>
    is what is there.
    edit that in index.php to read
    <style type="text/css" media="screen">
    @import url( http://www.eternallymine.com/heather/wp-layout.css );
    </style>
    That will get your css back.

    Actually... somehow, you quite literally have
    'http://www.example.com'
    as your site url, and as such, it will go wrong.
    WP should have got that right on install unless something got altered ?

    I noticed that. I haven't altered anything but the config file.
    I am just so confused.

    I'd try a re-install, and check - I think it's the second installation page - that WP has grabbed the correct url. This will be displayed during install.

    Gotcha. I just deleted everything and reinstalled and I am good to go. Only I did chance my folder to "main" instead of 'heather".
    YAHOOOOO!!!!!!
    Thank-ya! Off to play around and I probably should register here now that I am officially moving to WP! LOL
