Howdy folks. I don't know if Tiger has been out long enough for people to have expience with this or not, but I thought I would ask anyway.

I upgrade to OS 10.4 yesterday and am playing with Safari RSS, the latest version of the browser. I didn't change any of my WP settings, but now when I go to write a post, all of my "Advanced Edit" buttons are gone...no em tags, no bold tags, no link tags.

Anyone else experience this yet? If so, have you fixed it? If so, how'd you do it?

Any help would be welcomed...everything seems just fine in FF, so I may have to stick to it for blogging.

Thanks for the responses, in advance,
    Greg

I thought that the quick tags weren't compatible with Safari.
    Get Firefox!

Safari is faster than Firefox now! I don't use the quick tags myself though.

I'm getting Tiger tomorrow or Thursday. I maybe able to help after that.

I read somewhere that the advanced tags were commented out within the style sheets due to incompatibility. however with safari version 2 they should be compatable. If i find where they are commented out i will post.

Look in wp-admin/admin-functions.php for the_quicktags() function (down around line 560).
