hey guys.
i uploaded all the wp files to the root folder of my server.
also the wp-config.php and the db seems to be correct.
when i want to start the install.php it just says "This blog is coming back soon..." When I read the sourcecode of the page there is one more hint in the html code: "Blog is not defined. Did you change your Blog ID?"
It is now the first time I am trying to setup a wp blog, so, no I did not change my blog ID.
Any ideas what is wrong here?

That's not a WordPress message. are you sure that you're installing WordPress?

Well, I am pretty sure about that. I mean, I downloaded the WP, unzipped it and just uploaded the files.
Before that, there was an automatically generated startpage of plesk panel. So I guess the "This blog is coming back soon" has to be from wordpress.

Yes, I think its not coming from wordpress.
So I guess the "This blog is coming back soon" has to be from wordpress.
There's no error message like that in any of the WordPress core scripts.
