   I all, thanks i advacne for any help.

   I have managed to break my access to the wp-admin url. Somehow i must have changed it without knowing in the dashboard and now when I browse to the url it is trying an address which is wrong.

   it is trying http://www.domain.comq/wp-admin/edit.php

   Not the q after .com

   can this be rescued please

   You'll have to access your WordPress database via phpMyAdmin (most hosting providers offer this in their control panel) and manually change the siteurl and home values.
