wp-admin will not work!

Hello

Have just registered a domain at DreamHost, and it automatically installed WordPress (it didn’t actually tell me which version).
The link in the email to poperoad.com/wp-admin will not work, and instead says google could not find the site…

Just wondering if perhaps it takes a few hours to work or something?
