wp admin showing errors after I set automatic update. :(

    I tried to auto update my wordpress blog today and messed it up. I can’t get into my admin panel any more. the site is ok however.

    I’m getting errors like

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 262144 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/ameeruli/public_html/wp-admin/includes/dashboard.php on line 351

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 262144 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/ameeruli/public_html/wp-admin/edit-form-advanced.php on line 64

    Can’t figure out what’s happening here. Need help..

    Please help, I tried to auto update my worpress, but now my site is lost and I can not sign in wp-admin. I just keep getting this error message.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method Arras_Widget_Tag_Cloud::WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud() in /home/content/62/6092562/html/wp-content/themes/arras-theme/library/widgets.php on line 328
