wp-admin page is blank

    I have use Wp locally. it works fine. Then i moved all files into live server.

    I did all procedues.

    1.change url&WP address in setting.
    2.Take backup and import into server DB.
    3.Change config details.
    4. change url in wp-options table..
    Here

    Live site will be working. but admin page not working by wp-admin.. It will be blank..

    If i use wp-login.php, it asking username & Pwd. i have given. but

    it gives

    ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.

    Try accessing your site in a private browser window. If that works, in a regular browser window, delete your cookies, and then reload your page.
