WP Admin Log In Cookie Issue after updating URL
-
Using Network Solutions 1 step WP Install process I Installed WP to folder /wordpress1
o this meant visiting the company address (URL) was http://www.example.com/wordpress1 and needed to be resolved.
o Received Network Solutions Directions to Remove “/wordpress1” from address name. There were 4 ways offered to do this. http://codex.wordpress.org/ Changing_The_Site_URL
Step 1) I chose what looked like the simplest by opening the wp-config.php file, using FileZilla, and adding
• ;define(‘WP_HOME’,’http://example.com’);
• define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’http://example.com’);
Step 2) I Changed the Domain Pointer to point to correct revised address (URL)
– Result example.com now lands at the active WP front end address
However, when I go to attempt to Log Into the WP Admin Panel at the new updated Address I get a message

What might be the issue?
