   Several features of WP-Admin are not working for me, including:

   HTML button
   When I try to tag copy with the HTML button, it reloads to the Post tab. I have to manually type in the html for each link.

   Pop Ups
   When I select a link which has a pop up, e.g. Plugin Social Discussion, nothing happens. The next step never occurs.

   Select All in Comment.
   When I click the select all button, nothing happens to the comments below.

   deactivated plugins! it worked!

   This fix (de-activating two plugins) worked for me as well.

   I have WordPress 3.3.1 and most links and buttons within the admin interface stopped working (Help, Screen Options, Edit, Revisions, Quick Edit, and the triangle icons which open the menus on the left side) and one of my posts was mangled when I tried to insert a hyperlink. I de-activated and deleted two recent plugins and the problem instantly went away.

   The plugins I removed were:
   -WordPress Mobile Pack
   -OnSwipe

   I had problems with both of these plugins but left them installed so that may be a clue as to the root cause.
