Randomly when load in plugins the admin panel will disappear. So far this has happened when loading the contact 7 plugin and the local events calender plugin.
Each time I had to reinstall the entire site. At this point I dont want to reinstall. Does anyone know what maybe going on or how I can select/activate a different plugin from the command line so I don't have to reinstall? I already have over 100 members subscribed.

Have you tried turning Debug On and checking your error logs?
