   The first time I visited my WordPress Admin it worked fine and I edited some of my theme. Then I logged off and came back and found this error:

   Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_register_sidebar_widget() in /home/****/public_html/blog/wp-admin/includes/dashboard.php on line 32

   I'm not a PHP person so I don't know what to do or what it means.

   I have even uninstalled then reinstalled WordPress and deleted my databases but the same thing happened.
