WP Admin CSS not loading properly | Super annoying

Here’s a strange behavior.

When I go into my WordPress admin the browser seems to be loading the CSS for my website instead of WP-admin’s CSS. Something is screwed up with the CSS in any case.

Noticed the behavior when following a ‘edit_post_link’ from a post page.
