   Installation instructions say to delete wp-admin and wp-includes, but when unzipping there are no replacements for these two folders.

   Both and more should be there. Re-download WordPress - http://wordpress.org/download/

   I found the problem. It was with Winzip. I change the format to explorer and there were the folders. Thank you.

   for the record, this isnt a problem with winzip; its a "user" issue.
