Thank GOD that I got an idea to post comment here and discussed my problem else i was about to re-create whole website.
Problem was wp-login.php file permission was set to 0000, i change it back to 0664

I have a problem related to wordpress, I can not log-in to the admin folder, I have to find out on google there are many workarounds, related to the source code, I think no matter what, because about 30 days ago I was a normal log-in, but this time I log-in it and get error page Access denied at URL http://tintuphuong.com/.

This, 5 month old, resolved topic references an old version of WordPress.
Thanks Esmi, i will open new topic for new wordpress version, i try to do with Hostmantis hosting support too, may be the problem come form there.
Well i have a answer for this case, it come from hosting service, they are lock wp-admin folder cause you can go into wp-login.php and sent me solution,: here post for someone like my case.
” Due to the extremely high amount of distributed WordPress brute force attacks our servers have received over the past few weeks, we have had no choice but to block the file wp-login.php on our servers in order to maintain an acceptable level of performance.
Therefore if you attempt to log into your WordPress dashboard, you will be presented with an error:
Access is denied
In order to bypass the error and log into your WordPress dashboard, you will need to add the following code to your .htaccess file located in the root of your WordPress installation(s):
<Files ~ “^wp-login.php”>
Order deny,allow
Deny from all
# Allow from X.X.X.X
</Files>
Remove the “#” and replace “X.X.X.X” with your current IP address.
To get your current IP address, go to Google.com and search “what is my ip”

I just pasted the code in the .htaccess file after the first line and made the changes for my IP address and I got my wp-admin login screen back.
